The explosion didn’t blow up my body, but it changed something in me, I felt like something was cracking inside me and this procedure took a while when I felt my body was in now my control, at the same time I heard this notification [Congratulation to be the 1st of your world to kill the Calamities descendings] [Your Reward Will be Deliver at the Center of Calamity Hole].

This notification made me astonished and I didn’t pay attention to my surroundings, when i came out of that astonished state I looked toward the origin of that jolt and I freaked out and screamed, far away people looked toward me and just smiled and walked again, in their thought, I am some kind of fool.

But what I saw and freaked out and screamed is not that reason, there was a dead alien lying, and if I am right the damage his the most critical body part cuz I saw a huge wound open and so much blood or whatever it was gushing out of that, this alien died after the collision. Many people walk past me but no one seems to give any attention to it, which made me come to the conclusion that I am the only one who can see this.

after that I made up my mind to come to its normal state and start to examine its body, his/her head was sturdy without any hair or anything on it, only a very small face, it had two very small eyes and nothing, but down to its eyes, there was a worm-like mouth, after carefully looking to the body of alien I got this idea, that his/her mouth can be open like a can of coke. The neck part of the body is much organic and it has gales on it.

The stomach and chest part looks like purple jelly and feels like if I just poke, it will pop.

For the leg parts, have four of them two to the right side and two to the left side like a base for the building, or more like a centaur.

And his/her arms are sturdy like his head and in hands have finger……… what is that it looks like a knuckle I move my hands to grab it, as I touch his/her hand I get the notification again.

I still didn’t believe that I was invisible, to check it out I went down and started to find my mother, when I found her in the kitchen cooking, as I saw her walk and stand in front of her, and stood there to check that, will she be able to see me, and my excitement raise to new heights cause she can’t watch me, for more investigate I drop some of the vegetable and a spoon, but the result is the same she can’t see me.

After that I went to the roof and gave another shout, whoa I got something awesome and this thing will make me rich, I was in the middle of blabbering when a sudden light flashed across the whole area which a blue hole covering, and seven big globs of light start to descend, at the same time I got the notification, the reward of Calamity is descended, go and pick it up, and the reward of yours can only be picked by you or if you have given permission to someone pick it up for you, you have 24 hours to pick up your reward or it will automatically fade away.

The next day morning: I woke up early before my mother. I took a bath and made breakfast. After finishing it all, I woke up my mother and told her, Mom I going to work BYE………….

On the way to the workplace: I look up in the sky and find those holes in my head. Same as it was yesterday, but lacking the electricity. I find many people taking pictures of those holes. And uploading and enjoying the moments. Those holes look beautiful as if they are the gateway to heaven.

As I alone going home when I was 3 to 4 km away from the area of my residence I saw some light globs ascending toward the hole. From the hole some light globs descended toward the ground, I focused and counted and there were a total of 10 light globs that were descending to the ground, and 10 ascending toward the hole not very fast.

What is happening what are those light globs why are they going up and some of them coming down or it is just an effect of the hole, the more I thought the more I got confused, and the thought of an alien being doesn’t fit right, cause the scientist claims that these holes are not aliens warm holes to attack humankind. This announcement made every single citizen of the world calm so why should I not, I just shook my head and thought whatever that is I don’t have to investigate that, there are scientists and an army to solve this mystery. As they cover the whole area of that hole only the people who live In that area can go in and out freely, otherwise, people not from the area should need clearance and many more things to go in.

But the security is only tight at a distance of the whole borders, and the army and scientist garrison at the local Government School observe the whole activities.

When near home just half a km, the road was so empty at that time, I shouted ohhh yeah now I will show you guys my bike riding skills, as I sped up. and the bike meter shows that my speed reached 45km per hour my left side crashed into something and it felt like I hit a wall, It was lucky for me that I was holding my speed accelerator and clutch handles very tightly, if I don’t I will be flying like superman, on the road. I fell to the left side half of my body was lying beneath the bike, the people walking on the sidewalk saw this and came running toward me, some of them picked up the bike and some people picked me up.

People: hey are you alright, what happened, what did you do, how did you fall, are you ill, the people ask many questions.

As I came to my senses I checked my body. have some scratches and nothing more, but my bike was not in good condition, the headlight and indicator on the left side were totally broken, and the mudguard got heavily dented so to say my left side of the bike got trash. I stood up with people's help and walked a bit to check my body, and that if I did get any internal injuries, but everything seemed fine when people saw this they scattered away leaving only a few behind when I felt good I said thanks to them and make them leave, and I pick up my bike to walk to the mechanic because i can't make it start, as I was picking up my bike I saw something on the left side on the garbage and it was leaking something, I put my bike on stand and curiosity drag me toward it.

I have some suspicions that the thing hit me or i hit that thing, it came from this side and now I can see some purple liquid leaking. The 1st thought came into my mind I have to check.

I reached the point on the garbage where that purple liquid was, sat down and I moved my hand to touch it, as I touched the purple liquid where it was gushing out I felt that there was an object, and in an instant, a jolt of electricity rush in my right hand and through it, rush in my whole body and make an explosion.

The first voice I heard in the morning was my mother’s she was calling me, wake up you lazy kid you will be late for work if you sleep anymore, hurry the breakfast is warm and ready, I snorted and said in a slow voice Mom I am awake, but still kept lying on the bed, when she didn’t find me on the (Daster Khuwan) she came to my room angrily and throw the water glass on me, OMG what does happen where did this water come from OMG I am drowning save me MOM save me, She frowns and said in the angry tone you are not drowning you dumb, were u on the seaside with those nude girls again and having fun with them in a little deep water, Ohh I came to my senses meanwhile and feel embarrassed to spit out those things loudly, ohhh MOM I was just kiddi……….. I was cut off in my half-sentence, I know I know you were kidding I am your Mother, not your dream nude beach girl, she walked away as she was speaking in a great mood.

Mother I am ready, goodbye I am off for work, take care and drive well son, and don’t be late for work when you reach to workplace give me a ring son bye, as I ride my bike on the street I can feel her loved and caring gaze on my back and I smile, I love you too mom.

As we all waited and while 15 minutes passed I was looking at the screen which showed the recent news about a driveway accident luckily no one got died but only had some minor injuries, as the news went on I felt the flickers in the screen like something disrupting the electronics, the first thought came to my mind a foolish thought….. that we are attack by so kind of electronic weapon, but my all thought to go in vain when I see those flickers goes back to normal and nothing happen, I was very near to have my fill, 2 people are ahead of me as I was opening my bike gas tank lock for my turn. I heard the earth-shaking blast the glasses and other fragile things were broken in a blink my bike mirrors were too WHAT THE HACK is going on, as I was thinking this someone shouted guys look what are those things, all the people in the pump run out of the roof shadow to see what is going on for someone to shout so loudly like this.

When I saw that thing I couldn’t believe it, what I saw in the sky there was a big hole if I measured it right, it was bigger than 3km and that hole had electricity inside it, feels like was dancing inside the hole, as we see in Sci-fi Movies that in portals electricity dance sophisticatedly, it was the same scene as the movie the electricity moving and the sound of it can be heard I was behind of everyone as I notice I see the screen which was showing the news were shutoff I thought someone closes it off but I see no one everyone was outside of the building I immediately check my phone and bike but everything was dead and in some second those dancing electricity again blast off with earth-shaking noise and the phone in my hand come back to life, after that the hole remains intact but the electricity which was inside of the big blue hole was gone and that hole looks like someone drilled in the sky.

 People chattering: Did you record it, Nah I can’t my phone was dead I missed it did you I also can’t it was the same as you, my phone was dead too Ohhh Sh**t we missed something great, as for the fueling my number came in a minute, and I was on my way to home.

I am home, Mother as I entered I didn’t know where she came from flying and hugging me tightly my son are you alright I heard about the blast and the hole on the news, Yes Mom I am alright as you can see me, now I need to fresh myself and will be having food.

Time moves quickly I take a bath change clothes and ready to have dinner, it’s nearly 9:00 pm the dinner is ready and I set everything on Dastar Khuwan as we start eating and watching TV, at fix 9:00 O clock the KCN brings the breaking news as their anchor says we bring the most mysterious and thrilling and scientific news today in history, As we all know about that incident of The Blue Holes it does not only appear here But all around the world and as for our own Karachi city have 3 of that hole hanging on our heads 1st located at the most popular area of Karachi (Clifton) and 2nd is located at (Suhrab Goth) and for the 3rd one is located at the area of Karachi called (Orangi Town). The hole looks the same size as it all around the world, and the whole world scientists searching and analyzing what is the reason causes those holes to appear all around the world and that electricity which was in it and we hope to have some answers soon. Who wants to work in the boiling heat of summer, I Don’t want to and as for others they do have the same wish as mine, we do things because it’s our compulsion, not our need.

As for me, I am also the victim of that compulsion which is called work.

Wednesday of June 2028 weather changed much from my childhood time we do have winter in December but now we don’t have much of winter, and December also feels like the boiling desert of the Sahara, winter came fast in March, like the blinking of an eye and went faster than that, many things change but humans were being of absorbing change and change to its nature, so did all change to what brings to us by our upper peoples like military commanders and other higher-ranking officials. the world was to blame for this change in atmosphere which harms millions before we adapt to it, but what we can do now after have a long time of riots and rebels still we are in the same system, as for me I can only say this let be gone be bygone because past can’t be repeated, but I can say this for future that will be more damned than this and will bring many changes to the world, but I didn’t imagine about it to be so fast and early.

Today I woke up doing my everyday chores before going to work at 10:30 am riding my bike to my workplace looking at the greenery of waste it doesn’t much of a change of sight, it is the same as before the Great change specifically called (Blooming), same shitty traffic every day as for the flying enemy of ours, plastic bags on roads and many more things, but at last, I reach to my destination and I felt like I have aged much.

Building Guard: Hello Haris how are you today you look tired, did you sleep well last night?

You know that I slept well last night but you know the traffic and other things between this place to my living place make me a hell of tired Shah Sahab.

Shah Sahab hahahahaha, boy you took the words out of my mouth, take care of your health, well ya know I love you hahahaha.

As he said those words I ran fast inside the building because I knew that he was going to hug me so tightly that my breath stuck in my chest, I could hear his laughs inside the building too.

As I was running I stumbled into someone.

Hey, man look where you going, OHHHH my god it’s you, my buddy, what makes you run blindly did you fall in love with someone in the office and run so fast to meet her because you can’t control your emotions and want to meet her as fast as you can.

(OMG why do I have to stumble into him) this is the first thought that came to my mind after hearing that voice.

Abu Bakar ohh it's you my friend you are early today what brings you this early in the morning?

Abu Bakar: are you drunk or are you teasing me it's 11:26 am and nearly after half-hour it will be a half-day, my friend………

I went to my cabin and started working but from inside I didn’t feel well and had a bad premonition but I ignored it and made myself busy with work, as time passed by fast and the closing time was. Abu Bakar barged into my cabin saying hey buddy I will be going with you so please give me a ride to my home and don’t say no you know it’s on your way home, now you stuck to me like a leach How can I shake it off you from me please leave me alone I promise I will drop you to your place.

As he leaves my cabin I thought today I would ditch him and will see his reaction tomorrow hahahaha.

As I finished everything and went to the parking to take my bike, and just as I started my bike I felt someone's hand on my shoulder and gripping me very strongly, I screamed while I was screaming I heard the laugh of my devilish friend hahahaha I took my revenge and make an extra point f******ing S***h you freak me out buddy, I thought I am going to have a heart-attack never do the same s**t again or I will F******ing beat you to death, hop on or I will leave you here to walk alone to home or take a bus, he sits with me so tightly like a Spiderman in an instant I was astonished on his agility, as we ride back chit chatting I drop him near his house and went on my way.
